I will have lipo done to my abdomen, back, and flanks. What are the best tips or recommendations to obtain the best results after lipo to avoid lumps, bumps, fat necrosis, rippling, etc. Lymphatic massage... Yay or Nay? My PS doesn't feel it's necessary but isn't against it either. If so what is the best time frame post-operatively to start the massages? Thank you!
