Dr Birely is phenomenal! He listened to MY goals and made his recommendations accordingly. He throughly explained the procedure, incision sites, and pre/post care instructions. I have encountered plastic surgeons that are more concerned about financial gain than their potential client's desires, comfortability, and affordability. This is not the case with Dr Birely. I was given options and recommendations based on my desired outcome and time to make a decision without feeling pressured. Dr Birely and his staff are welcoming, kind, considerate, professional, and compassionate. If you are considering plastic surgery he is an excellent choice. I am feel confident and I am pleased with my results!!!

I had 2 consultations in the BWI area. Dr. Birely comes w/experience and a staff who answered all my questions. They know the procedures from personal experience and made me feel super comfortable. I had consultation 3 June, and walked out with my procedure scheduled for 2 weeks later. My pre-op went very well, not issues. I'm 5'4, 181lbs (I'm not muscular,but very solid). I went to a local urgent care for labs. Surgery day was non eventful( which is good) I met with the nurse, anesthesiologist, and then Dr. Birely who did all his markings. After I walked into surgery area and layed on the table I was out within seconds of receiving anesthesia.I was very coherent when I woke up, I was wheeled to my car and rode home without any dizziness/loneliness etc. After surgery....I live in a townhouse and had a recliner moved to my bedroom prior to surgery. I stayed in the chair for 4 days minus walking back and forth to my daughter's room. I used that as my exercise. I also placed plenty of pillows under my legs to keep my legs elevated. I also kept my binding on at all time...basically following the Docs instructions. Pros: I feel good and look good; its day 6 and I have no complaints! Cons: None...I'm so glad I finally got the surgery.

After many years I've finally decided to get a consultation for liposuction. Dr. Birely was my first appointment and was extremely impressed. His staff was very professionally, friendly and pleasant. Dr. Birely took his time and explained each process to me while being very detailed. Although I initially went to get information on liposuction, I opted to get a tummy tuck with liposuction. I know people say you should shop around but I knew Dr. Birely was the one. I'm scheduled to have my procedure done in April and I can't wait!!

Dr. Birely is very professional. He understood exactly the pain I was going through with large breast. He gave me wonderful advice to make sure this procedure was for me. He asked all the right questions so he could achieve the results that I wanted. He never hesitated to give him a call no matter what it was I may need before and after surgery. He was very uplifting the day of the surgery showing lots of enthusiasm on how great this was going to turn out, which made me feel good and cared for. All of the staff I came in contact with were very kind and understanding.

57 years old looking like 77. The procedure took an hour and a half. I looked better right after surgery! 10 years ago, I had liposuction done by Dr. Birely. Minimal pain. Located in Lutherville, Maryland, easy access to beltway and Baltimore vicinity. Staff knowledgeble, helpful, and kind. Recommended by kaiser Permanente.

I am very happy with my decision to have my mini tummy tuck done. I absolutely loved Dr. Birely and his staff. The ladies were very warm and caring. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed. I would recommend Dr. Birely to everyone. He was a great surgeon. The surgery was worth the investment. I'm very happy with my stomach and the scar flattened out with no problems at all.

I received botox for my upcoming wedding festivities. I could not be happier with the results! Dr. Bierley's office and staff are great! Cheryl is the best! I highly recommend it and have already suggested their office to my friends and family. I will continue to go back again and again. It's great!

I had Dysport injections for crows feet and Radiesse for subtle volume in the cheek area. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. I've seen so many people who've had fillers at various spas, with what I would not consider flattering results, so I was a bit nervous before trying this myself. Cheryl, Dr. Birely's PA, did a careful evaluation and confidently did the injections, and the results are amazing. I recall hearing that more important than the type of injectable is the skill of the person doing the injections, and I really believe that to be true. Cheryl is gentle, skilled and has the artistic eye required to achieve the amazing results that I have gotten. I didn't want to look different -- just better, and I got just what I wanted! Dr. Birely and all his staff are the best!

I saw a former patient who this surgeon had worked on and had an ideal how it may look but i still put it away for 2 years but it was time to get it done. Surgery went very well and quickly, wound got a little bad as i wasn't resting enough but the MD assured me of healing and it did, i feel awesome.
