Male Liposuction or should I surgically remove love handles? (photo)

you appear to have areas of disproportion and would do well with liposuction.  you would need an in person consultation to determine your best options and which areas should be treated.  if you have skin laxity or poor muscle tone the chance of the skin retracting or tightening is less than if you have good tone to begin.  I suggest seeing someone who specalizes in treating men and contouring rather than just solely removing fat.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Liposuction is an excellent treatment for areas of fat that are difficult to remove through diet and exercise.  The beauty of this procedure is that it targets specific problem areas such as male love handles and chest.  The surgery is performed on an outpatient basis through very small incisions.  You should visit a plastic surgeon in your area who is board-certified in plastic surgery.  Best of luck!

Liposuction to decrease the size of love handles is a common procedure. If you are like the person in the picture liposuction should do a good job of contouring your flanks. Schedule a consultation with a qualified plastic surgeon and have them examine you in person. They can then guide you with regards to your options.

Judging from the male in the photo, I do believe liposuction would help contour greatly.  You state that you are not the man in the picture (who has loose skin issues).  However, you do not "have sagging skin".  If this is the case, I genuinely think you should go for it!I treat lots of men in my practice, and I find that men who are good candidates to begin with are always pleased with their improvement.

Based on photos and your description-liposuction would be preferred .It is easier,faster,safer,quicker recovery,less risk of major complications with minimal scarring.A good diet and exercise routine would enhance the results.
