My experience was wonderful I have a medical condition Dr. boutte told me what to do and she will see me back in 30 days I did exactly What I was told to do to help my hemoglobin go up I did everything I was told to do and I was able to have my procedure April 12, 2018 and it was amazing I could not ask for anything more then the beautiful results that I have gotten from this amazing doctor I was so devastated because I had a procedure done two years ago and I did not get the results I was looking for but I searched and I searched high and low and found this amazing woman and she assured me I will look the way I wanted to look I just want to thank her for making my dreams come true And I cannot leave one of her staff members out Regina So if you would like a consultation: ask for Regina she is very helpful she will answer all your questions that you have.
Dr Boutte and her staff were all just lovely to work with. They were very professional, compassionate and willing to hold my hand every step of the way. I just had my procedure yesterday and I feel good today....a little pain but I can walk. Dr Boutte gave me life and I'm so happy. Thank you to all the beautiful ladies in her office for treating me like family. Dr Boutte thank you for being a Gem with such a beautiful spirit, I felt the love and I would definitely recommend you to my family and friends. XOXO
She was amazing! I have read so many reviews that bash this woman, but they all seem to have one thing in common, poor aftercare! The decision to get surgery is no joke! You have to be mentally, physically, and financially prepared. So if you are lacking in any one of those areas, wait! Also, DO YOUR RESEARCH! RS should not be your only source of info. Back to Dr. Boutté. I had an easy time getting a quote and scheduling my procedure, the office staff was helpful and pleasant. Brittany is a doll! During my consultation, I shared with her why I chose her, and it was because of a prayer she posted online. She gave me a huge hug and explained that she asks God daily for guidance to bless us dolls! On the day of my procedure, Nurse Lee was an absolute God send! My blood pressure was higher than normal, due to my anxiety about being put to sleep and she made me feel at ease. Like the sweetest aunt ever! The anesthesiologist, Dr. Pinkney was incredible too! He made me laugh and promised me he’d help get my pressure down. I cannot not express my joy of having an all African American team work on me. Dr. Pinkney told me he was injecting some antacids into my IV and I was OUT after that! Lol! I woke up to Nurse Lee and her assistant dressing me. I didn’t wake up cold, I was alert and cracking jokes (I was high as hell), all due to the amazing anesthesiologist! I also asked for Dr. Boutté, as I did not speak with her before being put under. Nurse Lee called her in, and she was her pleasant bubbly self. She hugged me and told me she got me as snatched as possible! And boy did she! She removed 6600cc’s and transferred 1100cc’s to each side. My recovery has been as expected. I knew I’d be sore, and I knew I had to follow post op instructions to the T! I got daily massages for the week I was in ATL. I did develop pockets of fluid, but I didn’t panic. I was lucky to have the first pockets removed by Lee during my 1st post op visit, and the second, small pockets were removed by my PCP. I keep my faja on 24/7. I also use lipo foams to assist with compression. I am now 3 weeks PO and I am loving my body so far. My advice no matter what Dr. you choose, do your research, plan your aftercare, and don’t be discouraged when your results are noticeable immediately. Your body will continue to change for the first 6 months. One more thing, remember that these surgeons are NOT MAGICIANS! Stop expecting to get of the table looking like Bernice Burgos! That takes multiple rounds! :)

What can I say, "THE RESULTS SAYS IT ALL. Dr. Boutté is the "BEST." I've been contemplating for a year to get liposuction, and finally I got the courage to walk in on in late January and by late February the procedure was done. I have my body I used to have 20 years ago. THANK YOU SO MUCH !! Dr. Boutté
I don’t even know where to begin. Dr. Windell Davis-Boutte has the most profession staff of any medical office/spa I have ever been to. Everyone is full of personality, they remember who you are, there is a family atmosphere, they thoroughly communicate everything (from the steps of the procedure to after care to what to do in case anything goes wrong during aftercare). She is very efficient with everything. During every surgery, Dr. Davis-Boutte chatted with me like we were old friends, making it seem like nothing was taking place. Thanks to her, my close friends of over 10 years have never seen a scar. I love this place!
I had my procedure a week ago. And I love my results. I had fat transferred to my hips and butt. I no longer have hip dips! Or love handles! I was only able to gain 4 pounds for the surgery. But those 4 pounds helped and made a difference. Dr. Boutte did an excellent job. I look so natural. I don't have a huge butt but it is definitely more than I had initially. I didn't have much fat to work with but the little I did have did wonders. My butt is fuller because before I had no curve at the top. The fat only sat at the bottom. But Dr. Boutte fixed that! :) Everyone was so nice at her office. And I had a great experience. Even though I was an out of town patient I felt so welcomed and at home. Overall I haven't been in too much pain. I'm just uncomfortable because of my drains. I didn't even need to take any Percocets after the surgery..just extra strength tylenol when needed. I haven't met with Dr. Boutte yet but I can't wait until I do, so I can tell her about her bomb skills! :) But I'm sure she already knows. I will get a chance to meet with her on my second follow up. But yeah I have nothing but great things to say about the whole experience. Now I'm a Southern belle with a booty! I would definitely recommend Dr. Boutte...And here's why: 1) friendly staff (I mean everyone I spoke to were extremely nice and patient (I ask a lot of questions)) 2) clean office (sanitation is a must and very important) 3)NO general anesthesia (the coordinator explained it as being in a twilight zone. You don't feel any pain and you're basically sleep during the procedure which is safer and leads to quick recovery time. I was up and walking through out the mall the day after my surgery. I know some might have doubt about not being put to sleep because of the fear of feeling pain in the middle of surgery. But y'all I felt nothing! It isn't scary at all! And it's so much safer when you don't have general anesthesia) 4) Takes her time ( the surgery lasted I think 6 hrs but she took her time. Which is what you want. You don't want to go to someone who does this procedure in 2-3 hrs. You want it done right!) 5) I felt SAFE! ( No scary moments in the recovery room. I read on realself in so many ladies experiences of going to Florida to have their surgery and waking up cold on a table. Y'all that's a shame. It sounded like they were a piece of meat in a slaughterhouse. At Dr. Boutte's office I woke up in the recovery room to people helping me up and dressing me.) 6) No long wait time ( I didn't have to wait hrs to get prepped for surgery. I checked in, went over my paperwork, and waited 30 minutes to be prepped) 7) On call nurse ( you can call the nurse at any time to ask any questions and stress any concerns) 8) Felt welcomed ( I was an out of state patient but I felt the warmth in the voices of the coordinators. I didn't feel rushed to make a decision on my surgery. I don't like to be rushed on anything and it's a turn off. But the patience turned me on!) 9) Great communication ( with me being an out of state patien this was so important to me. I was able to communicate via email and phone. I noticed that calling in the A.M. was best because they have more consults in the evening. But even if they were busy I would just leave a message and they would return my call.) 10) Did WONDERS with a petite frame! ( I'm 5'3 and weigh 138 lbs) These are only a few reasons I would recommend Dr. Boutte. Check her out for yourselves ladies!
Dr. Boutte is amazing. I am two weeks post op from Smart Lipo, 360 on my waist. I’m sooo pleased with the results. I’m swollen yet still have an hour glass figure. I’ve had challenges with keeping my faja on like I should but I’m back on track after a half of day of resting from it. My incision sites have already healed with little to no scarring (with the exception of my buttock crack). I am experiencing some knots but that’s excepted and I’m seeing a lumphatic massage specialist in a couple of days. One week post op follow up was fast with Ms. Lee. Will get to see Dr. Boutte next month. I remember NOTHING during the procedure though I’m told I chatted some and also wouldn’t let the medicine they gave me to relax me work. (I have TERRIBLE reactions to narcotics and knew it wasn’t gonna go well when I took the cocktail and pink solution.) It has the opposite effect on me and I get aggressive. Soooo embarrassing. But I am glad I don’t remember feeling any pain or discomfort. She even helped me with scarring from a previous medical procedure I had. It was awesome.
Dr. Boutte’ changed my life. All my life have had two stomachs and no ass at all excuse my language. No matter how much weight I would lose or what kind of exercises I did still had two stomachs and no butt. I was going to the DR paid my deposit and all but thank God I found Dr. Boutte’. Deposit forfeited and trip cancelled best decision of my life. All thanks to Dr. Boutte’!
As with most older women, the years aren't very nice to the body and gravity, seems to cause everything to drop! Along with those years come rolls with baggy and saggy flesh. This does cause a loss of some confidence in ones appearance. I wanted to look and feel sexy again. I decided that I was going to do something about it. I was not going down without a fight! Yes, I wanted to regain my confidence in my appearance. I wanted my butt to sit up high again. I wanted the stomach, love handles and every one of those rolls to disappear! I was on a mission to look and feel sexy again and Dr. Windell Davis-Boutte, MD. made that happen!
It sounds like you are trying to ask if 7 hours is enough time to perform liposuction of your abdomen, flanks and back along with a mini tuck. The answer is "yes". I perform a great many of the same type of procedure without placing patients under General Anesthesia. It depends upon your BMI, the amount of fat to be removed, and the amount of loose skin to be removed, among many other factors. I totally understand your decision not to have a full tummy tuck due to cost and downtime. Not knowing much more of your background story, all in all, I think you’re making a good decision. Best of luck! Windell Davis Boutte’, MD
The best way I have found to explain fat volumes to my patients is to relate it to an average bottle of water which is approximately 500 mL. So if you had 1600 mL removed, it’s about the equivalent of three bottles of water. Great question! Wishing you all the best! Windell Davis Boutte’, MD
The recovery period from liposuction varies patient to patient. A few of the main factors that play a part include the amount of fat removed, the amount of fiber density within the fatty layer of the skin, the age of the patient, the overall health of the patient, and the technical delivery of the procedure. At age 22, it is likely that you will recover in three days. Be prepared to take Tylenol extra strength before and during your classes, and remember to be compliant with your compression. Best of luck, Windell Davis Boutte’, MD
Well, the “before" photo you show is taken immediately after the procedure, so it can be assumed that very significant swelling has ensued and tumescent anesthesia fluid is still in place. It would’ve been more helpful if you had submitted a photo of your back before the procedure. If you could resubmit a photo of your back before the procedure, then I think you could get more accurate feedback. Best of luck! Windell Davis Boutte’, MD
I find that for the appropriate candidate, SmartLipo for the chin is an excellent option. It really depends upon the integrity of the skin's elasticity as to how well the procedure will work. A compliant patient also needs to wear adequate compression for the suggested postoperative period for ultimate success. Thanks for the question and best of luck! Windell Davis Boutte’, MD
