Columella scar not lined up and alar base scar depressed (Photo)

In my opinion, that is a very typical appearance for 2 weeks post operative.  There is still early postoperative swelling that will improve a lot over the next few weeks.  After that, improvement continues - for many months.  From what I can see in your pictures, you are not likely to have any long term problems with your scar.  It is rare for columellar scars to need revision.  Thanks for your question.

Alar scars can be white and visible. Hidef protocols can help with visible alar scars on the face. I see a lot of these in my office in Beverly Hills. Surgery is often not needed if lasers and HIDEF scar revision techniques are introduced. 
In our office, we combine treatments starting with topical pre-conditioning of the scars with Plato's Scar Serum for hypertrophy and Melarase PM for pigmentation. Fractional RF, laser, and micro fractional RF can help limit scar growth. Kenalog IIT can also help reduce scar thickness. For lip lift scars specifically, I use selective Hyfrecation to reduce scarring.

realigned. Some surgeons would do this in the near future.Rhinoplasty can address droopy tip, bulbous tip, dorsal hump, hanging columella, and wide nostrils.
