My columellar incision isn't completely lined up, it looks like it has a step off, also, my right nostril alar scar seems depressed and casts a bad shadow .. I am 2 weeks post op

Typically any residual step off's or irregularities which may create an abnormal shadow fade with time. If not, there are simple solutions to improve the appearance with dermabrasion or scar revision. Please speak with your surgeon about this and ask for recommendations as you heal.
