Accidentally pulled stitches out. Should I be worried?

Hi, I am just really paranoid because I am only 3 days out of surgery and I thought it was a hair sticking out of my nose so I pulled it and then realized it was the stitches. Should I be worried? Will this ruin my nose job and effect the outcome?
