Are my nipples/areolas correctly placed? (Photo)

It appears your nipple-areola complexes are too high. Photographs without clothes or a bra on would be more helpful. You may need revision but without other photographs I cannot give you an accurate answer.

I understand your concern. Based on your photo, it looks like your nipples are placed too high. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. Your nipples have been placed too high and now you have this problem. The correction is to go smaller with your breasts, either smaller implants or less tissue, to help raise your inframammary fold and allow clothes and tops to not expose the nipple/areolas.

There is a standard distance from the base of the neck that nipples should be. That is 20 centimeters from the strernal notch . I’m sure you can find photos on line that demonstrate this measurement

It would have been very helpful if you posted photos of your whole breast nude. Usually when nipples pop out of bras and outfits, the lower portion of the breast is sagging down too much. By trimming the lower heavy part of the breasts, the nipples will appear to be in the correct position. The problem is not with the nipple placement, but with the lower breast sagging down too much.

The short answer is yes they are too high.

The correction can be difficult to accomplish and will require going down in size.
