Hello, I underwent implant removal and anchor breast lift 3 months ago. Unfortunately my breasts still feel very droopy as it looks like I have very little lower pole and my nipples are lower than I'd like. I've been very depressed to have spent this much money and time recovering to look worse than before. Is it possible to have my nipples moved upwards at this point without undergoing another full lift?
Answer: Breasts Your nipples could be moved up a small amount. However, your breasts naturally sit low on your chest and the bases cannot be moved. You will never have high sitting breasts. The nipples should be at the center of the breast mound. If they are moved too high, they will pop out of your bras and bathing suits. What you have now looks good and fits your anatomy.

Answer: Asymmetry after breast lift Firstly, your best approach is probably to wait until you are more healed. Perhaps at six months or a year, you can address this with your plastic surgeon determine whether further surgery could help. It is impossible to tell from your photograph what course of action may help. Let your plastic surgeon known now about your concerns so you can follow them together, until revision surgery may be appropriate.

Answer: Nipple position Dear mandapanda1979, I understand your concern and it is quite normal to be concerned about the outcome following a breast lift surgery. However, you are still in the early stages of the healing process. You will need to be patient at this moment and follow what your surgeon has instructed you to do post operatively. At the early stage of the healing process, the tissues are still swollen. Once the swelling subsides, you will be able to see the final result of your breast surgery. Answer: Breast lift Hi, It is too early to know the final position of your breast and nipple/areolae. You will need at least another 3 to 6 months. At that point you can reevaluate the results. Firstly, the fold under the breast is what will more commonly define their position after surgery. It appears your folds are not the same. Your Left breast fold "crease" is lower on the chest than your right. This existed since birth but you might not have noticed. Secondly, the nipples are supposed to be centered on the breast mound of each breast independently, not necessarily even to one another. Sometimes we can "cheat" a bit to try and make them less obviously different and move them to a slightly different position on the breast. There is some ability, once the tissues are healed, to do a limited procedure to lift the nipple areola up on one side. Good luck.

Answer: Early result after breast lift Three months after surgery the lower pole of the breasts is still flat; in few moths it will sligtly expand and get round, natural shape. It will visually make your areola/nipples look higher. Overall, you breasts are positioned lower on your chest wall and lifting areolas further may not look that good? Wait at least 6 months before making any further steps. Hope this helps.
