There is no doubt that your implants are too big. In order to achieve result similar to one you like, you will need to have implants replaced with smaller (350-400 ml. range). Breast lift will be the way to correct position of areolas and make them more symmetric. Hope this helps.

It is possible and even probable that your nipples can be repositioned to meet your goals. A more definitive answer would require a formal consultation including a physical examination.

I would recommend replacement with smaller moderate plus implants with absorbable mesh support and revision of you mastopexy

An exam is needed to see how much actual breast tissue is present and a copy of your last surgeon's operative note to see where the blood supply to your areola was kept. Otherwise, the risk may not be worth it.
