My right nipple was always in a fairly centered spot but my left nipple is outward facing. Specifically, my right areola begins 4 inches from my center line but my left areola begins 5.25in from my center line. My original breast augmentation 7 years ago they lifted my nipples. I have 560cc ultra high profile over the muscle and am very unhappy with the appearance. I attached a picture of my dream breasts for reference. What would you suggest for my revision surgery?
Answer: Breast lift and implant exchange There is no doubt that your implants are too big. In order to achieve result similar to one you like, you will need to have implants replaced with smaller (350-400 ml. range). Breast lift will be the way to correct position of areolas and make them more symmetric. Hope this helps.

Answer: Breast revision As it is possible to just move the nipple, I suggest a mastopexy lift with implants below the muscle. The incisions would be the same as in your wish pic. If you would like to go over in more detail, feel free to reach out to my office for consultation. Smith Plastic Surgery 702-838-2455

Answer: Revision surgery Dear Quadzilla5910, breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery. Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size. While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals. Answer: Can my nipple be repositioned It is possible and even probable that your nipples can be repositioned to meet your goals. A more definitive answer would require a formal consultation including a physical examination.
