I was born like this and it runs in the family. They get hard when cold or touched But otherwise they are just flat. I don’t think they’re just inverted nipples because they are outside all the time, just shaped like lips. My mother couldn’t breastfeed but I heard that breastfeeding doesn’t really depend on nipple shape/size. I just hope I will be able to breastfeed!

Firstly, your best approach is probably to wait until you are more healed. Perhaps at six months or a year, you can address this with your plastic surgeon determine whether further surgery could help. It is impossible to tell from your photograph what course of action may help. Let your plastic...
Yes, you have some excess areolar skin which can be excised if you want. This could probably be done in the office under local anesthesia. It might take more than one session to not distort the breast.
