Hello realselfers, I'm still researching on my anticipated mommy makeover which consists of bbl, tommy tuck and breast lift without implants. I know it's a lot of procedures to do at once, but I'm convinced it's very possible. My worry is how I would be able to lay without busting my stitches or flattening my new bum.

Thanks for your question. Approval depends on your insurance company and policy. Some insurances may approve a pannulectomy rather than an abdominoplasty with sufficient documentation of medical necessity. Hope this helps…best of luck!

Walking after a tummy tuck is encouraged to help prevent blood clot formation. Right after surgery you will be limited to getting up and walking around your house several times a day. But once cleared by your surgeon you may be able to increase to walking around the block after a couple of weeks.
