Hello realselfers, I'm still researching on my anticipated mommy makeover which consists of bbl, tommy tuck and breast lift without implants. I know it's a lot of procedures to do at once, but I'm convinced it's very possible. My worry is how I would be able to lay without busting my stitches or flattening my new bum.

Answer: Mommy Makeover - Sleeping Position Thank you for your question. Following a BBL and tummy tuck, I prefer my patients to lay on either side, with their hips slightly flexed (similar to the fetal position). However, I would follow your surgeons specific instructions as he is most familiar with the details of your procedure. Hope this helps and good luck with your surgery.

Answer: Sleeping position after breast lift, tummy tuck and BBL? Thank you for your excellent question. Though your surgeon will be the best resource based on the details of the anticipated procedures, you will likely need to sleep and rest on either your left or right side, typically in a fetal-like position. Many patients find the use of a body pillow helpful during this time to prevent significant changes of position while sleeping. Hope this helps
