Dr Kaczynski is the best! I had a breast augmentation with a lift & they look so natural. I'm so sad he retired! Does anyone know who he referred his patients to? I got a letter but misplaced it. Thank you
Well, first thank you all for the great info, fun stories and facts that you all shared. I feel not alone when I'm on realself. Sooo, I'm, like many of you, wonderful mothers have three wiggly boys who keep me on my toes, literally! Back in the day I had a decent size of boobies, 34c, however since I ever remember growing boobs I was always self conscious about their asymmetry. One was round and perfect and one, well not so much. Fast forward to having three kids and nursing all of them past one year (Which was wonderful and I'm not blaming it on nursing them, I would do it again in a heartbeat) and then becoming a health, workout nuts, I'm left with a flat sad deflated boobies. So since the idea has risen, me and my very supportive husband thought about it, I researched it, like crazy. I became addicted to this website. I've learned so much. With looking at so many boobs photos, I never noticed that boobs actually have personality. They all different, just like all of us:) I became obsessed and booked my first consultation. It went well, but the PS informed me that I need a full anchor lift:( I visited another one and another and finally set on Dr. K. I picked him because he has 30+ years of experience. I know my boobies won't be 100% symmetrical but I'm hoping for 99% (fingers and toes are crossed). Like a said, this place has been an excellent site to find info, photos and that helped me so much to make my decision. Updated on 19 Dec 2016: Today is surgery day. Wish me luck Updated on 19 Dec 2016: Day went by very fast. My surgery was at 8am and I was out around 1130. Pain is not terrible. I will keep you all updated. The worse part is over I guess so I'm happy. Haven't been able to peel on them yet due to being hurt and doc instructions. Updated on 21 Dec 2016: Today is Technically day three after surgery. So far pretty good. I'm supposed to go on two hours to get my drains removed. Pain wasn't that bad this morning so I didn't take any volium since the night before! I guess my pain tolerance is pretty high. I'm still swelling and not much to see. Anxious to see how they look. I'm pretty much eating small meals since I have no appetite. Beside that I'm taking naps whenever I can. Trying to rest rest rest. Still feeling very tight and hard to move. I'll see what the doctor will say this afternoon. Please ask anything I would like to help anyone who have a question. Updated on 22 Dec 2016: So I finally got to peek on them! They still look squarish but so far so good! I've didn't take any pain medication today and only taking my antibiotics. I must say stool softener is a must! Ive gained approximately 5lb and I hope it's just water retention. Let me know what you guys think of my results! Happy healing everyone:) Updated on 25 Dec 2016: Quick post to see my progress. My right breast is still tighter and sore. Feeling good overall. I think they're looking more symmetrical, what do you guys think? Updated on 1 Jan 2017: So OK, I'm in love!!! I wasn't feeling very well in the first couple of days but now, I love my girls!!! They suit me so well even though I feel a bit of boob greed ;) but I have to remind myself that this is what I wanted, natural but enhanced look that doesn't impact my activitiy level, this is it!! So far so good, recovering been really good. Still my right side is much more sore than my left. My surgeon said it's normal since I'm right handed. Tape still on and dr said I can remove it after a week! Can't wait to remove the tape! Updated on 5 Jan 2017: So not much happening. My right boob is still more sollwen and stiffer than the left. Getting impatient.. also I feel like they're getting smaller which worries me that I won't have the fullness I was looking for by the end results.. here is a compression pic . Updated on 8 Jan 2017: So my girls are 20days old today! Slow changes happening. They still need to drop and fluff. Still feeling some pains and tightness, not fully healed yet. I went to the gym today and was able to do 15 min on stair master and 25 min stationary bike! Felt so much better!! Tape is off which is nice even though I'm not very satisfied by the look of my nipples, I kinda knew they won't be perfect. Plus my doctor said they will change as my scar continue to heal, so I'm not so worried at this point. Updated on 15 Jan 2017: It's been 4 weeks tomorrow since my surgery. They're still up high and need more dropping and softening but over all slow progress. Pain is getting less every day but still there. I'm going to see my surgeon tomorrow for my one month checkup. Tried my old bra and it still fit just more full and look nicer, I love it! Updated on 19 Jan 2017: Went to my one month checkup this week. Things are going great. Healing nicely, didn't see my doc it was just the nurse. Told me I now can wear a regular bra! Yay! Said they still shiny because they're swellen. Nurse said something weird that its OK to wear underwire bra?? Isn't they say you shouldn't wear these until three months ?? I'm confused.. still going to the gym. Just doing stairmaster and walking. Nurse told me I can jog but I don't feel ready yet so I'm going to listen to my body. So excited to get back into weight lifting around six weeks!! Even though my results are not perfect. I think going through it was totally worth it! I love my youthful looking girls:)
Dr. Kacynski is an artist. I went to him for a fat transfer and he helped me achieve beautiful natural results. I feel like myself again. Dr. Kacynski is incredibly talented, honest, and wants the best for his patients. Additionally, the ladies that work in his office are so warm and compassionate, which made me feel that I was in good hands.
Why did I wait so long to do this?? I can not express how much better I feel now that the pulling, hanging feeling is gone. I am now almost 2 months post op and each day my girls look better and feel less sore in the incision areas. My overall goal was to remove some weight and have my nipples looking up at the world again. Dr. K has given me exactly what I asked for!!! I am beyond happy and recommend this procedure and office to anyone that I know.
Excellent Service...Excellent Results! - Dr. Kaczynski's and his staff are remarkable I've done my arms , he did a really nice job , before i couldn't ware any t shirt because of my saggy arms now i feel really good and comfortable wearing t shirt , my arms looks really nice and thin , i am very happy ,some of my family went to him too, i defiantly want to go back for a tummy tuck :) thx too Dr.K and all the wonderful Staff
I literally got "tired" of hearing that statement and finally decided to do something about it, and I could not be happier with what Dr. K did for me!! It's been a desire of mine for years to have the bags under my eyes removed but the motivator was my daughter's upcoming wedding and I disliked having my picture taken because in photos I always looked tired and old. My husband said, "You've always wanted this done and now would be a perfect time." A main reason I decided to consider a consultation with Dr. K: Although now retired, the dermatologist I had worked with for many years highly regarded him and admired his skills so he recommended and referred patients to him. I knew of Dr. K but did not know him personally. During the consultation, I was very taken by his bedside manner - which put me at ease immediately! I asked questions and he answered; maybe not always what I wanted to hear but what needed to be said. I read a couple other reviews wherein the patient stated Dr. K advised against this or that. He did that with me, too. I was very impressed when I asked him if he would lift my upper brows a certain way and he explained why absolutely not. He explained a better solution which would cost a little more but the results would last years longer; the fix I wanted was a good two-year fix at best. For my money, I'll spend a little more and get the quality AND quantity he delivers. One of the best takeaways from this whole experience was what happened at my pre-op appointment; eye opener as to his professional and ethical practice. He walked into the exam room and said, "I see you have taken aspirin fairly recently. That's a deal-breaker and we have to reschedule your surgery." There were to be no arguments. I was hugely disappointed but so grateful that he addressed the potential health threat. We rescheduled for a later date which put me 24 days before the wedding...I was very concerned about healing in time, but he reassured me any residual could be covered with makeup. Well, I could not have asked for a better result!! I healed with no visible bruising in a couple weeks. Family and friends knew I had the surgery and couldn't wait to see the result. A new puppy couldn't have brought more joy...everyone said exactly what you want to hear. "You look great!!" "Why don't you have any scars?" "Wow, you only had your lower lids and neck done?!" "I know you had something done but I can't tell because it looks so natural." Awww, music to my ears. Folks, if you want people to notice something is different about you but they can't quite put their finger on it, go see Dr. K. If you want a natural looking result, go to Dr. K. If you want to look fresh and rested, choose Dr. K. I highly recommend him for whatever procedure you are desiring. The best aesthetic cosmetic surgery should look natural, not obvious...I do not look tight, pinched, puckered or plucked. Minus the eyelid bags, jowls, saggy neck, my face now has a youthful, healthful look. I swear I glow...suppose that's because I'm so happy to look so much younger!! He is truly an artist and obviously loves what he does. Lastly, his office staff are warm and friendly and oh so helpful. Professionals in their field. I can't wait to go back for a little more TLC. Thank you Dr. K and Staff ??
I have always been a dedicated athlete but had become frustrated at how my body wasn't shaping up as well now that I am in my 50's. I made the leap to have a "tummy tuck" by Dr K. After doing my research and meeting with another surgeon, I am very happy I chose Dr. K for the procedure! Everything went well and now my abs look as good as 30 yrs ago ; )
I had implants placed more than 20 years ago, they had become very encapsulated, they were above the muscle. I had them removed, It was covered by Kaiser, however Kaiser did not Cover putting in any new implants. However the breasts were wrinkly looking because there was nothing inside of them anymore as I have been very small to begin with. The main reason I had implants put back in, was to not look all wrinkled. However I did not want to look as big as artificial as I had looked before I I wanted the smallest size possible, Dr. K listened to me and gave me the smallest size he thought would work to fill out the breasts and not have them look artificial.. I am very pleased with the results, they arebehind the muscle so much less chance of contractures and they look very natural. all the wrinkles I was worried about Have filled in. I was afraid I might wake up too large, but he did exactly what I asked for, and I am very pleased with the results.
First off Dr. K is an AMAZING doctor. He truly cares about the asthetics of his patients and his top priority is how your results are going to look. On top of that, his medical team and office staff are the best of the best. They are so welcoming and make sure you are comfortable every step of the way. My breats are absolutely PERFECT! I went from a B to a 32DDD and I don't think I could be any happier with how fantastic they look and how real they feel. I will never consider any where else as long as Dr.K and his staff are still performing their magic.
I been wanting breast since I was 18 and after having my daughter and lifting as long as I have I had no breast left I was an 36 A I was beyond ready !!! I have been looking into Dr. K for a while and have always loved all his work . During my consultation I knew he was the Dr. For me. He understood exactly what I wanted and I understood what he could give me and here I am one happy camper
Drains are not thought to cause capsular contractor. As a matter fact in my opinion they help prevent it by removing blood and fluid from the pocket . Blood is extremely stimulating for causing capsular contracture.  In your case the drain was not possibly an issue because of the late occurrence. Capsular  contracture is thought to occur from bacterial contamination from your skin or breast during surgery.  At a later date capsular contracture is still  somewhat of a mystery. However I have seen it associated with dental surgery or a dental cleaning which is thought to be bacterial contamination from the mouth into the bloodstream  in addition I have seen it associated with a severe cold or flu.  Sometimes it can happen years after the surgery for no apparent reason.  At this point you should consult your surgeon to see what he wants to do. There are medications and laser treatments which can help prevent a secondary surgery. Sometimes despite all efforts a secondary surgery is neededÂ
Based on your photographs and how you feel about the look with your hat on, there is no question that a brow lift would help you. An endoscopic brow lift which involves small incisions behind the hairline would be the ideal choice to give you the look that you want. Your best option is to consult a plastic surgeon who  is experienced in endoscopic brow lift. The issue that you have is a genetic one. Your brows are congenitally low. I have done brow lifts in people in their 20s with excellent results. A brow lift should work very well for you
No one wants to have more procedure than they really need. It is quite common in my practice to do smart Lipo for neck improvement. However as near as I can tell from your pictures the problem with your neck is more  skin and muscle then it is fat. If you had the procedure done there is a likely chance that you would actually look worse than you did before. Your best option is to have a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon who is experienced in facial surgery. My best guess is that you would need to have a neck lift with muscle repair  to get the improvement that you wantÂ
The question that you ask is a very common one. In general terms, a facelift lasts about 7 to 10 years, eyelid surgery's tend to last a little bit longer, and brow lift surgeries tend to last the longest 10 to 20 years.  At the end of that time everything does not revert or drop instantly. The surgical procedure rolls back the clock and resets it. You experience normal aging changes from the time of the procedure. Therefore someone who has had a procedure will always look better than someone who has not given that they are the same age.  Therefore it is better to start having procedures when you start seeing the changes in the mirror, usually in the early 50s for most people.  This is always better than waiting until you're late 60s or 70s to try and fix everything. It is always better to maintain the same look over many years with several smaller procedures then to try and have one large procedure when you are much older.Â
I have been performing breast augmentation for 30 years.  There is no association with capsular contracture and small breast tissue that I know of or have experienced.  However because there is so little breast tissue covering the implant sometimes the breast may seem a little bit firmer because of the lack of breast tissue.  The main difference that I have seen with decreasing capsular contracture over the years has been the use of the Keller funnel and the so-called no touch technique.  This has decreased the amount of reoperation for contracture to about 1% in  our practiceÂ
