I just had my 3rd Picosure/Focus laser treatment today and have my last one scheduled in 4 weeks. How soon after today’s treatment can I get a Voluma injection? Does the Picosure/Focus laser melt the Voluma filler? Do I have to wait the 4 weeks until my last Picosure/Ficus treatment is completed? If so, how soon after that treatment must I wait?

Hi @xersjx! I would see your injector for an in-person examination. If the dermal fillers are still present are bothersome, hyaluronidase can be used to reverse the filler. Best of luck, Dr. Nima!
Adding Voluma to build up your cheekbones is not equivalent to pushing on the apples of your cheek. The hyaluronic-acid based filler is injected deeply into the skin, where it plumps it up and strengthens it. The volume actually pulls the eyelid skin slightly outward, rather than bunching it up....
