Your  scars are raised and hpertrophic. I assume your surgeon as  treated  you with cordran tape and silicone gel  sheeting. If not, steroid injection are useful although the scars will stretch. A secondary  scar revision at one year is reasonable, but scar management should begin sooner to help prevent  your present situation.

happen with anchor lifts and that is why lollipop lifts have become so popular.  That being said, your incision was not incorrectly done.  The incision is not right in the crease but should be above the crease as yours is.  Revisions can be done in an attempt to resolve this but you must realize that recurrences could still happen so you should be ready to pounce on this if appreciated.  Also, there are many products out there that may help with healing and you should plan on using something as well.  Waiting a year is sound advice.

Big thick red irritated scars after surgery are called hypertrophic.  Yours are very thick and I would treat them with injectable steroids.  Please avoid any exposure to ultraviolet light to the scars as this will keep them red longer and prevent fading.

 Looks like you have developed some significant hypertrophic scarring.  This is when a scar becomes thick raised and ropy.   Treatment options to  improve  the appearance of this scar  include Cortizone injections, silicone sheeting, or scar revision surgery.   On the left side this car has moved on to the breast itself. would require a revision surgery.
