I am 9 months post op from a anchor breast lift, my left breast incision was incorrectly placed above my breast crease fold and my PS said to wait one year to do a revision. My scars are raised, pink and tender.

Answer: Hypertrophic scarring Looks like you have developed some significant hypertrophic scarring. This is when a scar becomes thick raised and ropy. Treatment options to improve the appearance of this scar include Cortizone injections, silicone sheeting, or scar revision surgery. On the left side this car has moved on to the breast itself. would require a revision surgery.
