I had a breast lift (no implant) two weeks ago. I was anticipating going back to the gym at 3 weeks, is that correct?I typically do 30 min cardio 4x a week and weight lifting 5 days a week. I have been told no excessive exercise, but I am struggling to understand what constitutes "excessive?"
