Thank you for your question and photographs.  The first thing to think about is what size breasts do you want.  This will help guide surgical treatment options. If you would like to see an overall reduction in your breast size, a breast reduction will allow you to lift your breast tissue, reduce the size of your areola, reposition your nipples into a more youthful position, and achieve a closer symmetry between your right and left breasts.  If you want to maintain your current size, a breast lift will help elevate your breast, allow for an areola reduction, and will reposition your nipples.  If you go this route, you may want to consider an internal bra to help take the weight of your breast tissue away from your skin, while providing additional support to delay a recurrence of breast sagging.  The cleavage you have demonstrated in your photograph can not really be created through surgery. You would need to find a bra after surgery to try and emulate that look.

Your breasts are large and look very dense.  That weight pulls the breasts off your chest.  There is very little standardization in bra sizing and basically there is nothing off the shelf that would fit you!  A breast reduction will help -- it will remove the part of your breast that is on you belly.  This is also done with a lift to reposition the nipple and it will improve your asymmetry.  As for bringing them closer together, that's for the bra to do.  Cleavage is created by a bra, not surgery.  But, your bras will fit much better and you can accomplish more with them!  See a plastic surgeon in your area and discuss your option.  Good luck!

Hi There, My observation is that your left breast is larger than your right breast and if you would prefer the breasts to be closer together, we firstly need to understand if you are happy with the size of your right breast.  If so, then I would suggest a breast lift on the right and a breast reduction on the left side.  This will enhance symmetry and also the position of your breasts, including bringing them closer.

You can have a breast lift and perhaps a small reduction to raise them up and have them appear closer together.

We can see you have a very full breast with a modest amount of asymmetry.Given the weight and pulling you have, a breast reduction will reduce the breast and provide lift while reducing the weight and pull and might be worth looking into.

A breast lift will raise the breasts and can bring them a little closer together. Removing a little tissue from your left breast will help balance the size difference. If the weight, heaviness and pulling are an issue you would also be a good candidate for breast reduction which will reduce the size and lift the breasts at the same time.

Thank you for your question. A breast lift on the right and a small breast reduction on the left would help to lift your breasts and achieve more symmetry. No procedure can truly bring your breasts closer together. You will have to depend on a brassiere for that. Good luck.
