You can not get surgery with a BMI as high as that. I can calculate its aroung 42.5.
No plastic surgeon would perform a surgery on you, that would mean its not a safe surgery and youd be in danger so. First, I recommend you to lose weight till your BMI drops till 34, maximum, and after that you can analyze getting a plastic surgery.

A BMI of 35 (yours is 42.5) is probably the upper limit that a plastic surgeon would consider for a BBL with 360 lipo. At your current weight you would not be pleased with the results and the risks of complications during and after surgery would be elevated. It is best to be within 10 pounds of your weight goal for three months prior to the BBL. Consult with your PCP to begin a diet and exercise program that will help you lose the extra 45 pounds.

Right now your BMI is 43 and it needs to be 33 or less, for you to be considered a good candidate for plastic surgery.

There are several factors to consider. First, I do procedures on patients with very high BMI values as long as they are healthy. Unfortunately, you are 15 pounds over the maximum limit I consider safe for any procedure. Secondly, there are limits on how much fat may be liposuctioned in a single procedure. I fear that you are above this limit so we would have to decide which areas to treat.

You will be more than likely be disappointed. Studies in the plastic surgery literature have documented a link between high BMI and patient dissatisfaction with outcomes never mind the higher complications rates. In addition, most states limit the volume of fat removed, and thus the liposuction would be cut short, thus impacting the overall result significantly.

You are not a good candidate for Liposuction or fat transfer at your current weight.

A BBL is two procedures done at the same time. To be a good candidate for a BBL someone should be a good candidate for both the Liposuction and the fat transfer parts of the procedure.

In regards to Liposuction most plastic surgeons do not remove more than 5 L of fat in one operation and in certain states like Florida restrictions are less than that.

To put things in perspective 5 L of fat is about 8 pounds.

In your case that would bring your way to from 240 pounds to 232 pounds.

It’s a bit of a drop in the bucket.

Even if you had two full sessions of Liposuction which can be done you would still Weigh 224.

Personally my absolute cut off for Liposuction is 220 pounds. Those patients always need two surgeries to get reasonably good liposuction results.

Patients who’ve lost control over their eating habits have a Tennessee to regain weight after high-volume Liposuction making the procedures somewhat pointless.

Of course when doing these procedures we permanently change fat distribution towards a more desirable contour.

The amount of change possible through Liposuction simply isn’t sufficient in comparison to how powerful successful weight loss can be on someone your size.

Unfortunately with successful weight loss you are most likely have significant skin laxity.

Skin laxity is the number one reason patients failed to be good candidates for both Liposuction and fat transfer procedures.

With successful weight loss you would most likely become an ideal candidate for a tummy tuck.

Your bottom is quite large as it is. BBL will simply make it larger. It won’t do very much for reshaping it or giving you the shape you probably want.

Your best option is to recognize that your lifestyle is not consistent with long-term health and you should look to implement permanent lifestyle changes so you can get back on track with a normal BMI.

I suggest looking for support groups like overeaters anonymous or weight watchers.

That is the correct place to start. As it is now you are not a good candidate for any cosmetic procedure because of your weight.

You might find providers willing to take your money. There are always going to be those who is bar is set on the low side.

That doesn’t change your candidacy for surgery.
