You can not get surgery with a BMI as high as that. I can calculate its aroung 42.5.
No plastic surgeon would perform a surgery on you, that would mean its not a safe surgery and youd be in danger so. First, I recommend you to lose weight till your BMI drops till 34, maximum, and after that you can analyze getting a plastic surgery.

At your current weight you would not be pleased with the results and the risks of complications during and after surgery would be elevated. It is best to be within 10 pounds of your weight goal for three months prior to the BBL. Consult with your PCP to begin a diet and exercise program that will help you lose the extra 45 pounds.
