Looking to have a BBL with lipo 360. I'm looking for projection with a combination of lats and hips. Right now I am 170, 5’6". My biggest concern is coming out boxy

Hello and thank you for your question.  The Hourglass Tummy Tuck provides a stunning curvaceous body silhouette by combining three procedures into one.  Tummy Tuck, Liposculpture, and Brazilian Butt Lift.  The Tummy Tuck will remove the excess fat and skin from the abdomen. The muscles are then tightened  with strong sutures in a corset type fashion.  Giving you a tighter and firmer appearance.  Combining extensive 360 liposuction of the abdomen, hips, thighs, flanks, and redundant back rolls, will give a more dramatic result. The fat is harvested from these areas and is then transferred to the buttocks for enhancement.  Giving you the desired hourglass profile.

In this regard, I recommend you waist and back Liposculpture, getting better curves especially in the waist, improving your body contour.

Finally, I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL).

Your uploaded photos indicate that you can probably benefit from a TT and a BBL. Liposuction will remove the excess fat on your sides, abdomen, bra rolls, arms, thighs, flanks, and back and make the waist as small as possible. Do not worry about being boxy; the fat harvested can be transferred to the buttocks to ensure optimal fat viability and projection. You may find after lipo that the laxity of the skin on your abdomen requires a TT at a later date. Schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon.

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
