Thanks for the question. In this regard, I recommend you waist and back Liposculpture, getting better curves especially in the waist, improving your body contour. Finally, I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL).Kind regards
Your uploaded photos indicate that you can probably benefit from a TT and a BBL. Liposuction will remove the excess fat on your sides, abdomen, bra rolls, arms, thighs, flanks, and back and make the waist as small as possible. Do not worry about being boxy; the fat harvested can be transferred to the buttocks to ensure optimal fat viability and projection. You may find after lipo that the laxity of the skin on your abdomen requires a TT at a later date. Schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon.
based on these photos, you seem to be good candidate for liposuction and fat transfer. Based on your body frame you should not be concerned about coming out boxy. In person consultation is recommended. Good luck.
Dear Independent4610,based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Hello dear! Thanks for the pictures and provided information as well.Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for liposuction with a BBL and a tummy tuck, to give you a nice tight tummy and to get rid of the extra skin, and I think you'll get very good results. Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your waist, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a beautiful heart shape, along with the tummy tuck.In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less.l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.Good luck :)
Hello and thank you for your question. The Hourglass Tummy Tuck provides a stunning curvaceous body silhouette by combining three procedures into one. Tummy Tuck, Liposculpture, and Brazilian Butt Lift. The Tummy Tuck will remove the excess fat and skin from the abdomen. The muscles are then tightened with strong sutures in a corset type fashion. Giving you a tighter and firmer appearance. Combining extensive 360 liposuction of the abdomen, hips, thighs, flanks, and redundant back rolls, will give a more dramatic result. The fat is harvested from these areas and is then transferred to the buttocks for enhancement. Giving you the desired hourglass profile.I hope this helps! Always make sure to do an in person consult with a board certified plastic surgeon with lots of experience with these procedures.
Hello. You are candidate for a Tummy Tuck plus Lipo and BBL, since your abdominal muscles are separated (Diastasis) and needs thightening, and the excessive skin and fat must be remove. This will be combine with a must needed lipo in upper and lower back, flanks and gluteal contour. The grafted fat can be transfer to your buttocks for a better shape, volume and/or projection. You may see come of my cases in the video below. 27-year experience plastic surgeon.
You may want to consider a TT in addition to the mentioned procedures. One of your concerns is looking boxy, which could be caused by ignoring the middle/abdominal region. Decreasing the amount of fat and skin in your abdominal will work to bring out the projection of your buttock. A Skype or FaceTime consultation with a VASER specialist will help you get an accurate recommendation and pricing.Respectfully, Arian Mowlavi MD, FACSRealself 100 Hall of Fame Inductee
Your post is a bit vague and what your actual question is.From your pictures you appear to have a fairly curvy muscular skeletal structure so I don’t think you need to worry about coming out with a boxy shape. There are a few things that might be worth addressing. At your current weight a single round of Liposuction especially if done in Florida may be limited.I would say you could probably easily have more than 5 L of fed removed for ideal results.Florida has fairly strict laws about fat removal limits especially with combined procedures like the BBL.If restrictions are down to 3 L of fat removal this will limit liposuction results significantly. Some weight loss prior to the procedure would serve you well. With safety measures taken into account plastic surgeons should only be grafting fat in the subcutaneous fat layer. That’s final results these fat layers can be increased by about 50%.This means if your subcutaneous fat layer is 1 inch the final result will give 1/2 inch of projection. When reviewing before and after pictures always make sure the after pictures are taken when results are mature which takes at least three months from the date of surgery. When reviewing before and after pictures always make sure the after pictures are taken when results are mature which takes at least three months from the date of surgery.Early postoperative results are not at all representative of final results.Based on your picture my guess is you do not have previous pregnancies and because of that you do not have muscle separation(diastasis recti)I could be wrong.I think moving forward with a BBL preferably after weight loss is a great option for you.Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
