Thank you for your question! First of all, having done thousands of these treatments, your picture looks like the after photo of some women. You're being too hard on yourself. I think ThermiVa is definitely an option for you. It would be 3 treatments about a month apart. No anesthesia is required. I think it would be helpful to look at more before and after photos. In my opinion, your appearance would not be considered ugly, nevertheless, if you are looking for a change, an alternative is to do a small perineorrhaphy ( which would bring the bottom part of the labia majora closer together) and possibly a inner labia(minora) reduction could give an appearance you would be happier with.
