Thank you for your questionThermiva increases collogen and blood supply which smoothes out wrinkles and adds some "puffiness" appearance . This does not appear to be your issue. In my opinion, your appearance would not be considered ugly, nevertheless, if you are looking for a change, an alternative is to do a small perineorrhaphy ( which would bring the bottom part of the labia majora closer together) and possibly a inner labia(minora) reduction could give an appearance you would be happier with.
Thank you for your question! First of all, having done thousands of these treatments, your picture looks like the after photo of some women. You're being too hard on yourself. I think ThermiVa is definitely an option for you. It would be 3 treatments about a month apart. No anesthesia is required. I think it would be helpful to look at more before and after photos. Some of the results are dramatic. Get an idea of what an acceptable result would be. You know your expectations best. Hope this helps! Dr. Dima
Are we discussing the labia majora, minora, or vagina? If it’s all, then I would say vaginal Morpheus can address in smoothing the labia majora tissue, May shrink the minora(minimally), and tighten the vagina. I hope that helps.
Hello and thank you for your question and your picture. Although more specific details would be helpful in guiding you to what treatment may be most beneficial for you based on your personal aesthetic goals, I can say that ThermiVa is a very comfortable non-surgical treatment option that delivers radiofrequency energy to the genital area and can help tighten and reduce the size of the labia minora and improve any wrinkling in the labia majora. Best wishes!
Hi Janina, Thermi Va provides the most impressive results in many cases. This FDA-approved technology uses a special device that releases radiofrequency energy and heat to tighten the external and/or internal tissue of the vagina. This treatment can rejuvenate the external genital area and by this way it can tighten the saggy labia majora (the outer lips) and also the labia minora ( inner lips ) as well.
Great question! My question to you would be why spread the treatments apart 6 months? You would benefit from both as each one has a different purpose. The most popular package of combination treatments in my practice is the laser CO2 treatment (MonaLisa), Radiofrequency (ThermiVa), and the...
Vaginoplasty is the gold standard for significant laxity. Energy devices are usually effective for mild laxity. In most cases, you will not have severe laxity if you never had children so, it is unlikely that you will need a vaginoplasty. Vaginoplasty has significant down time and will be ruined...

These devices only resurface the vaginal skin, which does nothing to improve orgasm. It will improve lubrication for women who are post-menopausal. I suggest that you consult with a sexual therapist (go to ISSWSH or AASECT or SSTAR to find a certified therapist) or an Ob/Gyn who also specializes...
Hi, I’m Lauren, the aesthetic injector here at Colorado Plastic Surgery Center. Typically, ThermiVa treatments are spaced about 4 weeks apart, while the O-Shot is usually spaced 6-8 weeks apart. These treatments can also be performed during the same visit if appropriate. I always recommend a p...
When contemplating having Thermiva treatment there are a list of medical history questions that are asked prior to your procedure. As far as medications go, we do advise to consult with your physician first if you are on any blood thinning medications. Fortunately, Accutane will not cause any...
