My question to you would be why spread the treatments apart 6 months? You would benefit from both as each one has a different purpose.

It's not about machines. Menopause causes vaginal tightness because the skin becomes thin and less elastic due to a lack of estrogen. If this is what's going on, you can fix it with estrogen therapy very effectively without anything else. If you can't or don't want to take estrogen, you can fix it by stimulating collagen formation and blood flow with either thermiva or laser (Mona Lisa) treatments. Urinary leakage comes in different varieties and a true expert would need to examine you to see which treatments would be most suitable for your particular type of leakage.
