I am in my 30s, without children, I just want to tighten the vagina so it is similar to the size it was at 18-21 years old. What is the best treatment for that? It seems the energy based treatments are more for menopausal women who have dryness?

Energy based devices won't tighten your vagina. They only tighten skin temporarily. Vaginal looseness isn't a skin problem. It's a muscle problem, and in women with vaginal deliveries, it's a muscle and pelvic floor supports problem. Energy based devices don't do anything for muscles or pelvic floor supports. You need an exam with an expert to see what you need and for women like you, it's usually muscle therapy and sometimes vaginoplasty.

Vaginoplasty is the gold standard for significant laxity. Energy devices are usually effective for mild laxity. In most cases, you will not have severe laxity if you never had children so, it is unlikely that you will need a vaginoplasty. Vaginoplasty has significant down time and will be ruined if you decide to have vaginal delivery later. Non surgical vaginal rejuvenation is the way to go in your case. They are less expensive, no downtime, and less complications. Energy devices are not only for postmenopausal dryness. Almost all of my patients who had ThermiVa felt significant difference in tightness.
