Which one is the best to increase sensation/orgasm and lubrication? This is my 2 most important things I’m looking for as a priority and then comes helping with a little urinary incontience. Thanks

These devices only resurface the vaginal skin, which does nothing to improve orgasm. It will improve lubrication for women who are post-menopausal. I suggest that you consult with a sexual therapist (go to ISSWSH or AASECT or SSTAR to find a certified therapist) or an Ob/Gyn who also specializes in working with sexual situations; you will find help there.
