Vaginal rejuvenation is an umbrella term for surgical and nonsurgical procedures that address comfort, aesthetics and intimacy - and my patients often opt for both. In my practice - Labiaplasty Center of Los Angeles located in Valencia, California - each treatment plan is tailored to my patient’s unique needs, symptoms and expectations. Often, I will combine modalities to produce an optimal result. Surgical options like perineoplasty and vaginoplasty, where muscles of the vaginal canal are surgically tightened and excess skin is eliminated, and labiaplasty - the removal of unwanted tissue from the inner lips - create lasting results for tightness and appearance. Viveve, my most highly-recommended nonsurgical vaginal rejuvenation tool, requires no downtime and addresses urinary leaks, internal and external laxity, and comfort and sensation during sex in one treatment, with annual touchups.

I have endometriosis and used to have extreme pain and numbness in my labia. Tight clothes were also painful and would cause numbness. After my labiaplasty I no longer have any pain or numbness in my labia at all. I definitely recommend this to anyone who has endometriosis and is having labia pain.
Look no further. Dr. Poucher changed my life. I feel 100x more confident than before and I would do it all over again. Seriously, recovery was not even bad.
