My experience with Dr. Poucher and the amazing team of ladies at the office is almost indescribable. You are treated with such care and dignity throughout your treatment. The difference she has made on my body and mental being is priceless. The surgery itself is not bad whatsoever, and the recovery was a breeze. I had a worse time during wisdom tooth recovery. Follow post op instructions and you’ll be good to go. I implore you to choose Dr. Poucher to care of such an intimate part of your body. I would do it again with her 100 times over. She is a miracle worker!

I am so beyond thrilled that I had my labiaplasty with Dr. Poucher. I am 6 weeks post op and so so happy with the results. The recovery was a breeze for me as well. If you’re considering getting surgery, do it!!! I’m so glad that I did. I feel so much more confident in the appearance and I’m excited to have pain-free sex and bike riding :)

Dr. Poucher has the entire process down to a science - she and her team made my whole journey so smooth. Even prior to the consultation, they answered all my questions and accommodated my requests. I did not have to pick up any additional recovery items other than the prescribed medication - and Dr. Poucher's work was so immaculate that I didn't have to take a single prescribed Percocet or extra-strength Tylenol during recovery. After surgery, I was able to drive myself home. Her team provides you with an after-care bag with everything you will need and instructions for the best results - FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT.

I ate well, took my arnica, iced religiously and limited my physical activity, and I had minimal discomfort, minimal swelling and basically no bruising by the end of the week. Now after 6 weeks, I am 100% healed with no discomfort, and I am able to resume all regular activity.

I consulted with five surgeons for this procedure. My consult with Dr. Poucher was by phone looking at my photos, and she was more impressive than the others were in person. I could tell she was listening to me, and was well aware of how different women had different preferences, and catered to them appropriately and realistically.

Dr. Poucher was the second surgeon I consulted with, but because the quote was so high, I kept shopping around. I realized that I would regret not paying extra if I didn't get the best results, so I went for it.

I found Dr. Poucher on youtube and felt like I knew just what to expect even though I hadn't visited in person. Surgery day went perfectly. The dressing room/bathroom is like a spa. They give you numbing cream and a sedative if you ask for one and won't be driving, and give you the full 30 minutes for it all to take effect. We did an in-person consult to confirm what we had talked about on the phone, and photos were taken.

The surgery table and stirrups are set up to be extremely comfortable, almost like a massage table! The television is directly above the surgical sheet. Hayley came by to distract me during the numbing injections, but I didn't feel them. I'm a lightweight with Ativan so I basically fell asleep (sorry about the snoring, Dr. Poucher!). Thirty minutes before surgery was complete, I was given a snack, right there on the table, so that the ibuprofen wouldn't hurt my stomach when taking it when surgery was done.

I took an Uber to my hotel and slept until the anesthetic wore off and woke up in some pain. Well, here's the awesome thing. They send you home with everything you need. So I took the percoset, the arnica, used the water bottle to have a painless pee, sprayed on the soothing balm, and used the perfectly shaped gel ice pack.

The next morning I just needed ibuprofen and never took the other 2 percoset. The foaming wash provided was perfect and non-iritating.

The single downside for me was the fee because from my point of view, I wanted a pretty conservative reduction, but the really long parts of my anatomy were right where the clitoral hood and upper labia meet, so perhaps that added to the complexity.

The expense was worth having everything go so incredibly smoothly with her and every member of her staff. I had a surgery previously scheduled with another surgeon and cancelled because the staff was so flaky and unprofessional. It's worth a lot to have a smart, savvy, and highly competent and attentive clinical and support staff.

Wow! Wow wow wow. Ok so I bit the bullet and finally did it and boy am I glad I did! I had a lot of extra skin post pregnancy and especially in the perinium area from 2 episiotomies. I was soo self conscious about it and now I feel so much better. The recovery was a lot (probably because I have two toddlers who hardly let me rest) but I'm at 6 weeks and soo happy with the results!! If you've been thinking about doing this, just do it! They make it easy to pay off over time and the confidence boost is incredible. Thank you Dr Poucher!

I had a labiaplasty consult with Dr. Poucher and was immediately at ease in her care. I’ve wanted to pursue this surgery for 70% medical reasons and 30% aesthetic reasons. I was given the option to pay off the cost over 6 months which was a huge help. The surgery itself was easy and smooth. She is an artist. Recovery, too, was quick. After the first two weeks, swelling and bruising reduces dramatically. I can tell you that this surgery changed my life.
