I am (30F) wondering whether I have tuberous breasts. Since I was a teenager, I have always had small breasts with puffy, large areolas? I find them unattractive and have been seriously considering surgery to reduce the size of my nipples. I have back problems, so I cannot have augmentation and do not want to further exacerbate existing back issues. Do I have tuberous breasts? Can I address enlarged nipples with surgery and will this reduce my ability to breast feed?
