How big can I go with implants with my tuberous breasts?

I don't necessarily think you have tubular breast deformity because the lower crease beneath your breast is expanded, not pinched, and your breast does not "topple" over the fold. Your breasts are somewhat tubular in shape, but it's not a deformity that requires any special procedure. I think a regular submuscular breast augmentation is an excellent place to start. I think you could get close to that size, but I try very hard to respect the width of the breast and the width of the implant so as not to cause migration issues and other problems later on.

It does not look like your breasts are tuberous, but you do have slightly larger areolas that may need to be reduced? Augmentation up to 350 ml with moderate profile plus implants would be my suggestion. Reduction of areolas, if needed, may be done later on. Hope this helps.

It may be possible to get you a 400cc implant however this is ultimately decision made in surgery by the surgeon. Committing to a size before surgery or promising the patient a specific number leads to errors, the biggest of which is choosing an implant that exceeds the ability of the tissues to hold. This results in problems that often require a second, more difficult, corrective surgery.

The proper discussion to have before surgery involves a clear explanation of your goals to the surgeon, and agreement on your expected general size range. A good surgeon will explain that how much your muscle, breast, and skin tissues can stretch during surgery has a lot to do with the final selection of implant size.
