Tuberous breast correction after massive weight loss, what will my results look like? (Photo)

Question

I have TBD & my breasts are super saggy & far apart, 1.5 in at the top. I know it's determined by my anatomy but is there a way for me to tell how close together they'll be after a lift & augmentation? Can I tell where my new nipple placement will be? What will determine their new shape? (I dont want square/boxy breasts). I would like them to be rounded with nipples that point forward not outward, is that possible? I struggle to find B&A photos w/ patients similar to me

Tuberous breasts are characterized by an indistinct breast fold and constriction of tissue around the nipples. You don’t appear to display these traits. A straightforward breast lift and augmentation would most likely be suitable for you. The lift will reshape your breasts to make them rounder, with nipples pointing forward as you mentioned, and the augmentation will increase their size. If you are simply unhappy with their sagginess, then a lift alone would be sufficient. The space between your breasts would remain about the same as it is now.

Tuberous breasts should be better known by the public as constricted breasts. This helps to understand that its a defect in development of the lower pole of the breast, both tissue and skin. Tuberous breasts are tight don't hang. Your breasts are merely sagging, and a breast lift with or without implants by an expert will get you what you want.

It does not look like you have tuberous breast at all. If you did have that as a young woman, I think the weight gain and expansion has completely resolved it. You do have very toxic breasts, and that can be corrected with a lift as well as an augmentation. The desires you have for the shape should be shared with your surgeon and you should both discuss it and have them show you photographs as well as potentially an imaging system to help you see the potential shape that you can accomplish.
