I have very asymmetrical hypoplastic/tuberous breasts and am wanting to look into reconstructive surgery to really, just even them out at this point. I hate that there is such a discrepancy in size and, while I'd like to look in the mirror and "normal" looking breasts, and feel confident in a bathing suit, I really just want to stop feeling like I have to hide in my clothes. Would a fat transfer give me a natural look with less risk than implants?
