Fat Transfer for Tuberous Breasts?

In general, correction of tuberous breast shape and asymmetry is best done using implants and elaborate shaping of breast tissue/areola. In some cases fat grafting may be very helpful addition. I am not sure that in case of severe asymmetry and fully developed tuberous breast deformity fat grafting could be the most favorable option.
