Tuberous breast correction gone wrong? How to fix?

Question

I got tuberous breast correction surgery in March of this year. My surgeon didn't mention an asymmetry (tho I def have one) & I got 330cc silicone under the muscle both breasts. My left breast has little cleavage, is sagging, and falls off my chest. My left nipple is lower & hangs off my chest when I lay down. It also points to the left not forward. My surgeon said it's bc my chest wall is asymmetrical and there's nothing he can do. Can someone let me know solutions?

In your pre-operative photograph, your breasts were asymmetrical in volume, shape and position. Using the same sized implants caused a problem with the volume. You will need a larger implant on the smaller size or a reduction of the implant on the larger side. You will also need to reposition the nipple-areola complex.

Sorry to learn you are disappointed from your result. An examination in person would be required to properly evaluate your breasts and see if there is anything that can be done to help you achieve a more pleasing outcome. That said, from your photos it appears that your asymmetry was significant, and that your fault is actually quite good. It is possible that in certain clothing the appearance is mod your breasts concerns you, but I would recommend airing all of your concerns with your plastic surgeon. If you remain disappointed consider a second opinion with a board certified plastic surgeon whose aesthetics seem to align with your own based on his or her Before and After gallery. Some improvements may be achieved in terms of shape, aesthetics and symmetry with different implants that would not accentuate the implant curvature or edge. Best of luck to you.

Thanks for posted photos. I ALWAYS explain any tuberous breasts asymmetry patients it most likely will take 2-3 operations to achieve symmetry.
