Tubular breasts- Will just an augmentation and nipple correction be enough or will I require a lift?

I am 28 years old and have always suffered with my tubular breasts. Finally I want to do something about it and amin talks with 2 different surgeons but they are recommending completely different things. One recommendation is: Round implants with a breast lift the other is anatomical implants with no lift and slight movement of one nipple and correction of nipple size. I have very pale skin and am worried about the scars that the lift would leave but i want to fix my shape.

An examination in person would be required to properly assess you and determine the best treatment options for you, however based on your photos it is difficult to achieve perfect symmetry. There is a shortage of skin with a tubular component on your left breast, while the right breast is well proportioned with some natural ptosis which does not necessarily need to be corrected. A tissue expander on that left breast can slowly expand the lower pole to allow the left breast to potentially “catch up” with the right, after which a bilateral asymmetric augmentation or just a left unilateral augmentation can be considered. I would recommend implant placement subfascial (above the muscle).

You have a right to be confused since your situation is not simple. If neither of the two plastic surgeons with whom you have consulted have won your confidence, consider a third opinion. Ultimately, if you trust your surgeon, you will hopefully have a pleasing result, but perfect symmetry would not be a realistic expectation. Best of luck to you.

Your anatomical problem is at an extreme. Routine surgical planning won't work.

Your nipples need to move inward and will require a full "lift" but modified to accomplish.

You will likely need at least two operations.

Get another consultation. Be sure they are very experienced and don't believe them if they say this is simple or routine.
