Do I need revision rhinoplasty or can this be solved with filler? (Photo)

Question

I had a rhinoplasty about two year ago. I noticed he did not fix the asymmetry in my nostrils but made my nose less wide. I feel like when I smile my nostrils look so asymmetrical. The doctor refuses to do revision rhinoplasty and I’m scared going through it again I will be disapointed but would nose filler help?

As far as I can see from your photos nose filling is a harmful procedure and I do not recommend it.It is a much more appropriate and permanent solution to have revision surgery for a more harmonious and more elegant appearance to your face.
It would be better face to face consultation.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a a revision in order to help improve your nostril symmetry. Extended alar contour grafts can be placed to help with this among other maneuvers.. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
