Can my nose tip be extended with a columella or tip graft? (photos)

Question

Im my surgery report it is mentioned mg nose was shortened by resection of columela bridge refining and overlap suture on my ala wings. Luckily it wasn't alarplasty because i don't like that part. So can a surgeon release the overlap on my wing then potentially he can extend my tip with columelar graft and tip graft to fill the skin envelope that was released? Then the ala, nostril , tip will be projected better. I honestly want big nose. It is still big but the tip is short so you cant really tel

I wish there were a definitive answer to your question, however, an examination would be necessary to answer it. Before consider projecting your tip, you may consider having your bridge raised with injectable fillers for a straighter and more masculine nasal bridge appearance. Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, your nose can be lengthened and the tip can be derotated with a revision. The first step is to release the scar tissue and then extended spreader grafts can be placed to derotate the entire tip complex. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

Sure - we just did this on someone yesterday, actually.  The  trick is to release things that are holding the skin of the nose up to short.
