Can my nose tip be extended with a columella or tip graft? (photos)

Im my surgery report it is mentioned mg nose was shortened by resection of columela bridge refining and overlap suture on my ala wings. Luckily it wasn't alarplasty because i don't like that part. So can a surgeon release the overlap on my wing then potentially he can extend my tip with columelar graft and tip graft to fill the skin envelope that was released? Then the ala, nostril , tip will be projected better. I honestly want big nose. It is still big but the tip is short so you cant really tel
