Would a revision rhinoplasty correct my previous results or will my cartilage regrow again? (photos)

Question

8 months ago i had an open rhinoplasty to get rid of the bridge hump and change the tip. I was told i was going to have a feminine curved in bridge yet my bridge is now humped again. I asked the surgery place what happened and they gave me different stats of cartilage regrowth to what was said in the consult. If i have the money one day, would the same thing happen after a revision? Also the left side of the tip is lopsided, is this still swelling? I hate my nose now :(

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you are a good candidate for a Revision Rhinoplasty. The issues that bother you could be addressed with a revision done by an expert. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
