Asymmetry & weird triangular alar rims after secondary rhinoplasty 11 months ago, guide please (Photos)

Question

11 months back I had secondary rhinoplasty to correct tip deviation , asymmetry alar rims & radix volume. after revision I don't feel fruitful results rather I feel depressed due to worse of alar rims shape. No rib or ear graft used till now. My intention is to have symmetry alar rims & that alar rims shape must be to original shape if not give it semi 6 circle shape & add a bit of width for overall size of nose. I see deviation right side & left side at moustache. GUIDE.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from extended alar contour grafts with mastoid fascia soft triangle grafts to help correct the soft triangle notching of your nostrils. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
