Asymmetry & weird triangular alar rims after secondary rhinoplasty 11 months ago, guide please (Photos)

11 months back I had secondary rhinoplasty to correct tip deviation , asymmetry alar rims & radix volume. after revision I don't feel fruitful results rather I feel depressed due to worse of alar rims shape. No rib or ear graft used till now. My intention is to have symmetry alar rims & that alar rims shape must be to original shape if not give it semi 6 circle shape & add a bit of width for overall size of nose. I see deviation right side & left side at moustache. GUIDE.
