Can my traffic-cone-shaped breasts be turned into round-shaped ones? (photos)

Yes they can! Your breasts are not as bad as you think. I do agree that there is some room for improvement, but hey are actually beautiful! The slight conical shape, the absence of upper pole fullness and the slightly large areolas can be corrected easily.If you do not wish to get implants, an areola reduction alone (also called a Donut Lift) will help at least two of these three issues greatly. It will not only reduce the areola, but it will tighten the skin envelop and push the glandular tissue inwards. This will make your breasts less conical and rounder.Implants plus a Donut Lift is perfect if your looking to add some volume and upper pole fullness. This will also make them even rounder. You have very pretty breasts - but not exactly what you want.Everything is a trade off.  You need an in person examination by a skilled plastic surgeon.   One has to feel the quality of your skin and the tissue that makes up your breast.Do you want larger breasts?  Implants alone will lead to larger, rounder breast with even wider areolas.   If you are happy with your size - a type of Mastopexy ( areolar reduction or Vertical lift) might solve the problem - but with scars.I comes down to - is will you be happier with rounder breast which are larger or rounder breast with scars or your present un operated breasts?

A common procedure to reshape breasts such as yours involves internal surgery with breast implants and a lift/ areolar reduction.You will get significant improvement, perhaps not exactly like your wish photos as there are limitations.An exam and consultation with a plastic surgeon is recommended to discuss your options and expectations.

Implants will help round out your breast, but at a cost: bigger breasts. Implants will only help the age/time-induced sagging phenomenon too. It is true your areolar are puffy, but I caution you regarding an areolar reduction; if you choose it at all, it should be modest and the implant should still be placed through an inframammary incision. You need to have a sit down conversation with a surgeon who isn't anxious to make a sale.

You are a great candidate for a breast augmentation with release of lower pole constriction bands and areolar reduction.  The size, profile, and shape of the implant is based on your desired breast size/shape, your chest wall measurements, and soft tissue quality.  This decision should be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you and your surgeon.  Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.

tuberous breasts are not simply small or underdeveloped breasts. The appearance of the breast can range from mild to severe, and typical traits include: enlarged, puffy areola, rather wide spacing between the breasts, very little breast tissue, sagging, higher than normal inferior breast fold, and narrow base at the chest wall.
Tuberous breasts can rarely be corrected without implants or at least a small one. The breast needs to be scored radially from the inside to expand it. If you don't place an implant behind the radial scoring it will fall back to its original state. You could theoretically remove the implant at a later day and graft with fat but that would be a separate surgery.

Good afternoon!Implants of the  appropriate size and shape range can greatly round out your breasts.  If the slight conical nature of your areolae area also of concern, a periareolar lift can be used to flatten this aspect of your breast and further round out your shape.Be sure to see a board certified plastic surgeon well versed in these procedures before making your decision. I hope this helps
