My breasts are basically traffic cones – all straight lines and no curve. Can they be turned into the model's shape (round & even top-bottom fat distribution)? I'm 24, 5'3, 100 lbs, and 32D — what size should I get to get the shape while looking natural? Also, although my breasts aren't really saggy, they kinda look so and I wonder why. The areolas' size/placement? Puffy nipples? Too much volume concentration at the bottom? Would an implant help? Would it slow actual sagging caused by age?

Answer: Can my traffic-cone-shaped breasts be turned into round-shaped ones?
Hello and thank you for your question and photo. I would recommend a scar revision . If you don't have healing issues, ie keloids, then definitely revise them.
Hello, thank you for your question. As long as you are cleared by your Rheumatologist and Primary care doctor, you should be able to proceed with surgery. The autoimmune disorder does not exclude your from surgery.
Best of Luck
Upon exercising this will improve and your breast size will decrease a bit, but it is highly recommended to do a surgery for this to be totally improve.
