Non surgical Rhinoplasty- results fading less than a week out?

Hi Doctors- I was ecstatic when I got a bit of restalyne in the bridge of my nose, it looks great, I had barely any bruising or swelling! However, its 4 days out and I noticed the results are going away slowly, my subtle bump is coming back. To his favor, the doc put a little bit in. This was my 1st time and I was scared to "overfill" it and I plan on going back in 5 months or so. How long does this filler last in the nose? and does it last longer when you "top" it off and add more filler to it?

If you like your result after a restylane treatment, you may consider microdroplet Silicon-1000, an off-label filler for permanent results.Hope this helps you.Dr Joseph

More can be added now that you see the positive results from the first injection.Glad you are pleased, but more needs to be added now that it is diminishing.Once it is stable, you need to evaluate how long it lasts.Best wishes and congratulations.

In the long run, you will spend more for non surgical rhinoplasties than a will done rhinoplasty that will be permanent. Also, whatever you do , do NOT use anything that is offlabel and someone tells you is permanent. I have been around long enough to see the terrible results of Silione injections -- at first the results are great and then the scarring is terrible.

Hi,Hyaluronic fillers such as restylane , will not last long. Consider Radiesse or Medical grade Slilcone 1000 for more longer lasting results.Best,Dr.S.
