Can I make my nose look smaller with injections?

i have a small or a cute nose it's not worth to have a surgery and i get scared from surgeries too, is there an injection or something that can just shape the nose and make it more detailed? thanks

Fillers can be used to improve your bump but will not help pull the nose up.  you will need a surgical approach.  Best, dr. emer.
