Deep crease in nostril (only on left side). Any suggestions? (photos)

Naturally an in-person consultation would allow for a more accurate appraisal of the best approach to improve this crease problem. However, from the photo, it would appear that subcision, a tried and true technique that I have been personally using for over twenty years, might prove quite useful for lifting the crease and making it more flush with the surrounding normal skin. If deemed appropriate, the addition of a small amount of biostimulatory filler, either at the the time of subcision or a couple of weeks later, such as Radiesse Plus, would not only yield a more immediate result in elevation, but can itself also enhance new, native collagen synthesis (neocollagenesis). Best to seek consultation with a board certified aesthetic physician with experience in both subcision and in the use of fillers for nonsurgical nasal enhancement.
