What surgeries would make my eyes look similar to the eyes on the second picture?

From the pictures it looks like in the second picture the eyes are more sunken and the upper eyelid is more droopy, so you'll have to wait for your eyelid to get droopy, while to make your eyes look sunken, we couldn't recommend you anything. 
You have beautiful eyes, and they are bigger than the ones in the second picture, so we don't think that you would need a blepharoplasty procedure at all.
