You would have to think first what you don't like about your nose, before you have a consultation.
From the picture it looks like you could have silicone implant for the bridge, a tip plasty (the tip can be raised and the tip cartilage can be tied), and an alarplasty procedure.
But again, you should correct what it bothers you.
