I would like to find out the difference between Venus Viva and Morpheus8? Would they help with crepey under eye bags?

What are the pros/cons to Venus Viva and Morpheous8? I have crepey undereye bags that are driving me crazy! One eye is worse than the other...I've been told they are malar mounds or festoons. I have not had facial fillers at all, so it isn't from that...would either of the procedures I am asking about help? If not, what would?

Threads will not work. You likely need lower eyelid retraction surgery with canthoplasty to create long lasting results. Canthoplasty alone is not enough. You can see examples on the link. See an expert.
