One eye lower than the other. Can symmetry be improved? The angles they sit aren't congruent. Can that be adjusted? (Photo)

Had fat pads trimmed under the eyes to reduce bags and lasik (happy with the results of both) but definitely had the asymmetry before the two procedures. Seemed to always be sporting a black eye when I was a kid from various accidents but never had eye trauma that required a hospital visit. Thank you!
