Why do I have sudden/overnight malar bags? (Photo)

Hello and thanks for the question! Malar bags are a result of the blood circulation around the eyes. The blood flow that drains back to the heart doesn't drain down the cheek. It drains into the central system of drainage via the vessels in the nose. Anything that causes nasal congestion causes the malar bags to be worse. Your issue may be from a topical reaction to the collagen cream moisturizer but a stuffy nose from any reason can cause them to be worse. (Allergy attack, sinus infection, cold or flu etc.).
