I had upper and lower eyelid surgery four weeks ago. It has been bleeding through post nasal dripping since day one. The amount is not significant but the small blood clots will come through my nose to the mouth when I try to empty my nose. Is this normal? In addition, I have bruises under my eyes and these areas are still very tender and puffy. I think the keloid has formed at the corners of my eyes. I am concerned.

I'm not really sure why you would have bleeding through the nose after eyelid surgery. I think this is something you should report to your surgeon.

You should see your surgeon about this.  It isn't a normal side effect of surgery and you might need to see an ENT specialist who can examine the inside of the nose.

Most likely if it's within the first week of surgery, you are getting a little blood from the surgery that is travelling from your eyes down your tear ducts into your nose.  Just as when our eyes tear up, we can get a runny nose.  Another possibility, is if you are taking oral blood-thinners, but hopefully you are not doing that right after eyelid surgery.  The bruising and swelling under the eyes from lower blepharoplasty usually resolves completely within 4 weeks.  If you are concerned about keloids, and persistent swelling/bruising/bleeding I suggest you see your physician in person.
