I had upper and lower eyelid surgery four weeks ago. It has been bleeding through post nasal dripping since day one. The amount is not significant but the small blood clots will come through my nose to the mouth when I try to empty my nose. Is this normal? In addition, I have bruises under my eyes and these areas are still very tender and puffy. I think the keloid has formed at the corners of my eyes. I am concerned.

Answer: Bleeding of the nose after eyelid surgery is extremely unlikely.
It is not uncommon for upper blepharoplasty incisions to briefly feel "raised", "firm", or like a "ridge" after the procedure. As the incisional scar matures it will typically flatten and smooth and typically become unnoticeable even on very close inspection. If the scar does not...
It looks like your lower eyelid margin laterally is a little low giving your eyes the appearance of having round rather than almond eyes. A canthopexy would significantly give you an almond shaped eye.
Revision upper blepharoplasty is what you need since your brow position looks good. Of course an exam would be best. Choose an experienced surgeon who does good natural work and not because he has membership in a certain group.
