My eyes are really big, so my lower eyelids are big too. I want a smooth transition from my eyelid to cheeks. Would a filler help me achieve this look? Or cheek implants?
Answer: Beautiful Lower Eyelids; Cheek implants are Not Necessary Mariah Jones Hello Neighbor! You have beautiful Lower eyelids! What you are noticing is the transition zone from the lower eyelids to the cheek. A facial implant would be a mistake at this time and age. I can soften the transition zone with some strategically placed filler like belotero or preville silk. I invite you to come in for a complimentary consultation at Accents Cosmetic Surgery and Medical spa in your backyard, Sterling Heights.

Answer: Less is more First of all, no surgery. Cheek implants, or lower lid surgery, would be a mistake and would likely end up with a poor result. Similarly, you have beautiful full cheeks, so additional volume there would either look unnatural, or would still not influence the area you are considering. To me, it looks like you are picking up on the transition of the muscle fullness of the lower lid and the soft tissue directly under that. That leaves you with four options. One is very small amounts of botox in the lower lid muscle to soften their prominence. You need to find someone with experience here, because it's precise and overtreatment will compromise your lower lid support. Two, soft HA fillers like belotero or restylane to bridget the transition. Again it must be conservative or you could look too puffy or lumpy. Three, a combination of the two. Don't do that at the same time, stage them to be conservative, simple, and safe (you may not need the second arm of treatment). And four, do nothing. You have beautiful eyes and cheekbones that we would try to copy for those less fortunate, so no treatment at all has to be considered.

Answer: Lower eyelids Your lids and face are very attractive just as they are. What you may not like is the little dip just below the muscle in the lid. You can fill this in with some belotero or restylane. These will help to smooth the transition from the cheek into the lid, and fill in this area. Because they are HA fillers, if for some reason you don't like the result you can have it removed.

Answer: Big eyes giving illusion of big eyelids There isn't anything wrong with you lower eyelids. You do have relatively bulgy, prominent eyes which are giving you illusion of big lower eyelids. You may benefit from cosmetic orbital decompression. See an oculoplastic surgeon.
