Answer: Nervous the Night Before Surgery Best idea is to ask you surgeon. I usually prescribe a mild sleeping pill for my patients who are nervous before surgery, as it should not interfere with anesthesia. Don't be concerned about being nervous, it is normal. Good Luck!

Answer: Melatonin Melatonin should be perfectly safe before and after surgery. You may want to tell your surgeon, but I do not think there will be any issues.
