The profile issue you describe involves both the bone and the cartilage of the bridge. The bone only makes up the the upper 1/3 to 1/2 of the bridge. Your profile could be approached in a variety of ways. Profile reduction could be performed. Alternatively, a radix graft could be used to build up the upper part of the bridge, as it is a bit shallow.
