I had a rhinoplasty performed more than 2 years ago and a tweak to remove scar tissue, a year ago. My nose however still swells up in the morning, when I drink alcohol or smoke and especially before I go to bed. I had a graft placed on the left side and the right tends to look more swollen. I had steroid injections done in the appropriate time but they didn't work. Sometimes it I tape my nose even now it gives off the definition I want. Is it my thick skin? What should I do?
