My nose is so horrible and it makes me want to cry looking at it. All my friends have lovely slim pointy noses and mine is disgusting and wide and square and my nostrils are so shapeless!! Please help.

You do appear to have thick/ fleshy nasal skin. It will be very important for your chosen surgeon to explain to you exactly what is possible and what you can expect from typical rhinoplasty results. Most likely, an “open rhinoplasty” (where the soft tissues are gently elevated to allow direct access to the tip cartilages) will be required. These tip cartilages are then sculpted and sutured to refine the nasal tip. Osteotomies are required to reposition a wide nose closer to the midline.If you like, please follow the link below. To narrow wide nasal bones requires osteotomies. A tip rhinoplasty with suture techniques and a conservative amount cartilage removal are required to narrow the wide tip.
