My nose is so horrible and it makes me want to cry looking at it. All my friends have lovely slim pointy noses and mine is disgusting and wide and square and my nostrils are so shapeless!! Please help.

Answer: Rhinoplasty to narrow a wide nose A closed rhinoplasty approach can accomplish narrowing a wide nose by making all of the incisions on the inside of the nose. To narrow wide nasal bones requires osteotomies. A tip rhinoplasty with suture techniques and a conservative amount cartilage removal are required to narrow the wide tip. Most likely, an “open rhinoplasty” (where the soft tissues are gently elevated to allow direct access to the tip cartilages) will be required.
