Hi. There is no bone that goes all the way to your tip so relax. If you desire an aesthetic improvement of your nose then a personal consultation is indicated. Good luck, Dr PG

There are variations in nasal anatomy where some people have longer nasal bones than others. However, even though you feel like the bone reaches all the way down to your nasal tip, I am sure there is some cartilage in between, though it can feel firm like bone. Long nasal bones are usually an advantage for those who undergo rhinoplasty surgery compared to those with short bones. Hope this helps!
What you feel is septal cartilage, not bone. Even if it were, it would be of no meaningful concern unless there was functional obstruction or cosmetic deformity.
The nasal bones only represent the upper 20-30% of the entire nose. The midportion of the nose is composed of the upper lateral cartilages, while the lower part of the tip is composed of the lower lateral cartilages. The quadrangular cartilage composes the front part of the nasal septum which is palpable. For more information, and anatomical diagrams, please see the link and video below
You have posted 8 questions about your nose with very poor photos posted. And you still have NOT seen in person, a boarded surgeon, for evaluation. Now is the time to obtain this in person event...
There is NO bone in the tip of your nose. I have operated on over 4000 noses in the past 25 years and have never seen bone in the lower half of the nose. The lower half of the nose is comprised of the Quadrilateral cartilage (septum) and the Upper and lower lateral cartilages. The dorsal nasal bones and the bony septum only go half way, or less, down the nose. If you feel something firm or hard in your lower nose perhaps something abnormal is growing there and you need to see a surgeon to have it evaluated. Firm masses can present in the lower nose but they are pathological and not normal....go see your doctor
