Which procedure is less risky: a small cartilage graft or filler in the soft tissue triangle of my nose? (Photos)

I had two rhinoplasties which left me with an indentation in the soft tissue triangle on one side of my nose. I had filler in there twice over the years, with great results. However the third time the doctor injected too much, so I had complications (possible occlusion which was managed with hyaluronidase). Now all the filler is gone and my soft tissue triangle indentation is back and quite deep at it, it makes my nose look weird. Would you recommend another filler or a graft for this area?
